Wolfgang Grossmann’s practice is focused on the areas of corporate and commercial law (public and private), mergers and acquisitions as well as energy law. He is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A practice group.
He has acquired vast experience in industry, having served as an in-house counsel to major companies in the automotive, energy (including upstream oil and gas), industrial engineering (national and international), construction and waste management sectors. He regularly advises domestic clients on their international activities as well as a significant number of foreign companies and/or their German subsidiaries.
