Vanessa Isabel Seliger LL.M. is a lawyer and associate at BUSE in Dusseldorf. She is a member of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Practice Group and the Labour and Employment Law Practice Group.
She advises healthcare providers and service providers on various medical law issues as well as employers and human resources managers on all labor and social security law issu-es. In addition, her practice focuses on the interface between medical and labor law (e.g. draf-ting employment contracts for physicians, fee-based physician contracts, etc., issues of bogus self-employment, the purchase/sale of medical and dental practices, social data pro-tection, etc.).
Ms. Seliger successfully completed the master’s program in “Medical Law” at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. This ended with the award of the academic degree “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) and at the same time provided her with the theoretical knowledge for the speci-alist lawyer for medical law.
