Marius Kimmling, EMBA is a lawyer and Partner in Dusseldorf. He is a member of both the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and the Corporate Law and M&A practice groups.
Marius Kimmling is also a trained industrial clerk. He has completed extra-occupational business studies and has a degree in Business Administration (VWA, administration and economic academy) as well as a master’s degree in Mergers and Acquisitions.
He is specialized in advising medium-sized businesses in all aspects of commercial and insolvency law and gives both buyers and sellers advice on transactions. Marius Kimmling has extensive litigation experience due to many years as counsel in civil cases and as a member of the creditors’ committee in several insolvency proceedings.
