Kristina Plenty (née Ernst) works as a lawyer and counsel at BUSE’s Dusseldorf office and is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A practice group.
She focuses on advising national and international clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions and restructurings as well as in matters concerning foundations and trusts.
Before joining BUSE, Kristina Plenty worked at a leading international law firm in Dusseldorf for several years and a midsize English law firm in London for a year, thus gaining considerable expertise with national and international transactions and clients. In her last position Kristina Plenty held an in-house position for the supervisory board of a leading German bank, dealing foremost with corporate governance as well as supervisory and regulatory matters.
