Dr Florian Brem is a lawyer and Partner at BUSE.
His main areas of practice are commercial law, corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance law as well as payment services law and corporate finance, including litigation. He is member of both the Corporate Law and M&A and the Banking and Finance Law practice groups.
Dr Florian Brem advises international and national companies and entrepreneurs in all commercial and company-juridical matters. Furthermore, he regularly advises national and foreign banks and payment service providers on all areas of their German business. He is also specialised in national and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as in cooperation, joint-venture and outsourcing projects. Dr Florian Brem is a lecturer in capital markets law at FOM University of Applied Sciences and, for many years, has been one of the frequently recommended corporate lawyers in the JUVE Handbook for German Commercial Law Firms. Additionally, he has several years’ experience as German Head of Legal of a major international bank.
