Dr Felix Hebert is a Partner at BUSE in Frankfurt.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr Felix Hebert advises employers and HR executives on a full range of HR related legal issues with a focus on individual labour law (inter alia drafting of employment contracts, termination contracts and dismissals etc.), industrial constitution law (inter alia co-determination, advice on company agreements as well as representation in balancing interests and social plan negotiations, representing clients in resolution procedures under labour law etc.) and labour-law related restructuring. He is admitted to the bar as a certified specialist for labour and employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) and is a member of BUSE’s Labour and Employment Law practice group.

His second focus is on IP and IT law. He particularly advises on issues regarding trademark, copyright and competition law and represents his clients in court in legal enforcement matters and the defence against corresponding claims. With regard to IT law, Dr Felix Hebert advises on customer and vendor point of view (inter alia outsourcing, license and project contracts etc.).

Amongst his clients are market leaders in the fields of logistics, hospitality and life science as well as associations active in various branches. Besides his out-of-court practice, Dr Felix Hebert also focuses on in-court representation.
