Christiane Micha Professional

Christiane Micha is a lawyer and counsel at BUSE in Dusseldorf. She is a member of both the Corporate Law and M&A and the Real Estate and Construction Law practice groups.

Christiane Micha primarily advises domestic and foreign companies in the field of commercial and company law, real estate law and tax law as well as on M&A transactions (corporate acquisitions, transformations and group restructurings). In the area of real estate law, she is specialized in providing ongoing advice to commercial tenants and landlords as well as in the sale and purchase of real estate and real estate companies.

Prior to joining BUSE, she worked for several years at an international law firm (Corporate/M&A and Dispute Resolution practice groups) and at a „Following Ten“ multidisciplinary advisory group firm (Competence Center Transactions).
