Ann-Christin Schaper is a lawyer and counsel at BUSE in Hamburg and Munich.
Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, general contract law, and competition law, including litigation. She is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A Practice Group.
Ms Schaper specialises in advising and representing domestic and foreign limited liability companies and partnerships in all corporate law matters. She also regularly advises payment service providers and digital business companies on all areas of their German business.
Before joining BUSE, Ann-Christin Schaper worked for a Swiss company for several years.
